This is where is begins

The questions that were asked in the first meeting for the MSc in Filmmaking and Media Arts deserve answers.

  1. Tell something about yourself that we will remember.
  2. Why are you here and doing this course? What is your motivation?
  3. What do you want to achieve in a year? What is your goal?
  4. How do you think you can achieve your goals and dreams?
  5. What qualities do you have that will help you along the way?

  1. I have an obsession with animated feature films, but don't like Disney and Pixar. I prefer Cartoon Saloon and French animation instead.
  2. I am here to apply my theoretical background in film and TV to my practice. While I was offered a place in London to do a degree in Film Production, it lacked the theoretical background that I need to fully realise my ideas. I want to learn how to make the best possible work with a historical background.
  3. My goal is to learn new skills that will allow me to make better art. I want to be able to tell a story in a media format that holds up well enough to be shown at a filmfestival.
  4. Hard work, but also by working with others to better understand the craft of storytelling and movie making. Reaching out to others to ask them for advise and their expertise.
  5. The quality that will help me most along the way is my work ethic and my willingness to try new things.
